What is ALETTA?
ALETTA is a mobile app that helps you track your health. By answering 5 simple questions about your wellbeing every day, you get insight into the development of your health overtime. This information helps you manage possible diseases and can assist your doctor in optimizing your medical treatment.
The questionnaire within ALETTA is called the EQ-5D and has been used by researchers and clinicians worldwide for decades because the outcomes are clear, objective and easy to understand.
Using ALETTA while on cannabinoids treatment
For a cannabinoid treatment to be successful, you need to find the precise dosage of the medication that works for you. ALETTA can help you with this by registering your intake and the effect it has on you. It is advisable to start with a small dosage of medical cannabis and slowly increase the intake to find the optimal result.
Using cannabinoids on the go
To help you take your medication while you are travelling, at work or on the go, MYCB1 developed the Travel Kit. It protects your medication against UV light and temperature changes, it is small and easy to carry.

- Yes you can. ALETTA is foremost a tool to help you manage your health by giving you insight in how your wellbeing develops under effect of changes in your environment. This can be medication but also supplements or a change in lifestyle.
- Can I use ALETTA if I’m not a patient of the pharmacy?
- Yes. ALETTA can be used by researchers and people interested in measuring how changes in their behaviour can affect them. You can send a message to info@mycb1.com if you’re interested in starting using ALETTA.
- Can I receive my medication by post?
- Yes. When registering with the pharmacy, simply consent to receiving your medication by post.
- Does the health insurer cover the cost for medical cannabis?
- No. Medical cannabis is not reimbursed by health insurers in The Netherlands currently.
- Do I need a prescription for medical cannabis?
- Yes. You can ask your general practitioner or treating clinician for a prescription. S/he can send the prescription to our pharmacy or you can give the prescription to our pharmacy yourself.
- How should I start using medical cannabis?
- When you start using medical cannabis, it is recommended that you begin with a low dosage and slowly increase the dosage until you find the optimal effect that the medical cannabis has on you. You can use ALETTA to help you with this.
